Return & Refund Policy
Our fragrances are crafted with care and sealed for hygiene and quality assurance. Due to the nature of fragrance products, the following policy applies:
No Returns on Delivered, Opened, or Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, opened, or used.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrectly shipped, please contact our Customer Support team within 24 hours of delivery.
To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, you must provide:
Clear images or videos of the damaged product
An unboxing video showing the package opening from start to finish, including original packaging
Claims submitted without proper proof may not be eligible for approval.
Product Sensitivities
Our perfumes contain carefully selected fragrance ingredients. As individual sensitivities may vary, Elysian Dusk is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities caused by any product.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before use. Returns or refunds will not be accepted on the basis of fragrance preference, allergies, or personal sensitivity.
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only in cases of verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated
Verification may take 3–4 business days
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
Damaged Package at Delivery
If your package appears tampered with or visibly damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and immediately notify us for assistance.
Non-Delivery or Delivery Disputes
If your order status is marked as delivered but you have not received the package, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update.
Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution. Our internal team will investigate and provide an update within 3–4 working days.
Delivery Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. Any shipping fees paid are non-refundable.
Return Policy (Damage-Only)
Due to hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or unused products once delivered, unless the product is verified as damaged or defective.
Returns or replacements may be approved only if:
The product is damaged, broken, leaked, or has a manufacturing defect
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
Proper proof (unboxing video/images) is submitted
All approved cases undergo verification before resolution.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch:
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
For prepaid orders, a payment gateway processing fee of up to 2% may be deducted.
After Dispatch:
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
If a prepaid order is returned to us after dispatch, a handling and logistics fee of ₹75 may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refund for Cancelled Orders
For eligible cancellations, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 4–5 business days after approval.
