Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier partner, and regional accessibility. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary in certain circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• An additional ₹150 COD handling charge is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders.

• The COD charge is non-refundable once the order is placed.

Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.
